01805.jpgHello, my name is Nerea. I am from Spain. I live in Lerga, a small village. It is 21 kilometres from Sangüesa. I am eleven years old. My birthday is on August 24th.
I live with my family. I've got one sister. My sister's name is Alba. Alba is older than me and she is 16 years old.
My mother's name is Mari Ros and my father's name is Jesús.
I have two dogs. Their names are Ades and Linda.

I speak three languages: Spanish, English and Basque. I study in Luis Gil Primary School but the next school year I will study in the Secondary School, in Sangüesa. My favourite subjects are Art, P.E., English and Maths. My favourite sport is basketball and my favourite team is Cantolagua. I like football and my favourite team is Osasuna but I like Real Madrid too.

My favourite TV programme is Tu Cara Me Suena.
I go to the conservatory in Sangüesa and I play the flute. In my free time I play with my friends and I play basketball.
My best friends are Aida, Alodia, Andrea, Irene, Iara, Lucía, Leyre, Naiara and Sofia.

When I am older, I want to be a vet.

How to make`Turkey bean soup with kale'

Ingredients:
  • 3-4 cups of shredded turkeyWhite Bean and Kale Soup with Turkey Sausage.jpg
  • 2 quarts of mushroom broth
  • 1 can of cannellini beans
  • 1 bunch of kale
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of redpepper flakes(optional)
  • 1/2 box of ditalini pasta
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 small onion
  • crusty white bread

Directions:
  1. In a large dutch oven, warm olive oil and add onion to soften.
  2. Then add chopped garlic and a little salt.
  3. Saute for one minute.Add turkey,beans and kale to the pot.
  4. Then add the broth.add cooked pasta,salt and pepper to taste and red pepper if wanting a little heat.Let simmer on low for 20 minutes for flavor to work together.Serve with fresh parmesan cheese grated on top with crunchy white bread.

I like this country and I love the theme park Disneyland Paris.

 I communicate with my camp friends by postcards and letters, too. I met a lot of friend in VALENTUÑANA (it is a camp) and I communicate with them by postcards and letters, too.Usually we send letters to each other and we are very satisfied with having read them.

A letter to a friend edit

Hello Maialen:
In my last weekend I went to Pamplona and I went to Sangüesa ,too. In Pamplona I went to the shopping centre and I bought a t-shirt and two troursers. I bought one present for Leyre, my friend. I ate in La Morea and I ate one hamburger.
After the lunch I went to Sangüesa to the swimming pool. And I played with my friends: Lucia, Aida, Alodia, Sofia, Irene, Naiara, Leyre...
On Sunday I went to Aibar and I rode a horse. I went to a montain with the horse and later, I went to my house and I had lunch.
After, I went to the park with my friends.
AND THAT IS MY WEEKEND
